These terms govern purchases made through Multi-Cat Household Tracker (the "Site"), operated by Raehwan Kwak.

Products

The Site sells a digital product: the Multi-Cat Household Health & Litter Tracker, a downloadable tracker file and guide. All products are delivered digitally upon purchase; there is no physical shipment.

Payment and Billing

Purchases are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. The payment provider, not Multi-Cat Household Tracker directly, is responsible for processing your payment, calculating and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT, and handling billing disputes.

Refunds
